The exact scope of work, deliverables, timing and fees will be confirmed separately in writing before work begins.

3. Enquiries and Proposals

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability.

After an enquiry is received, we may provide further information, arrange a discovery call, or prepare a proposal. Any proposal, quote or package is valid for the period stated in the proposal, or otherwise for 14 days from the date it is issued.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees will be outlined in writing before work begins.

Depending on the service, payment terms may include an upfront deposit, monthly retainer, project fee, hourly rate or staged payments.

Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in work being paused until payment is received.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Australian dollars.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Clients are required to provide reasonable notice if they wish to cancel, pause or reschedule a service, meeting, content shoot or project.

For monthly retainers, cancellation terms will be confirmed in the relevant agreement or proposal.

For project-based work, any work completed up to the cancellation date may still be invoiced.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Businesses cannot remove consumer guarantee rights through their own policies or terms.

6. Client Responsibilities

To allow work to be completed properly and on time, clients agree to provide accurate information, brand materials, logins, feedback, approvals and any other required content within a reasonable timeframe.

Delays in receiving information, feedback or approvals may affect timelines and delivery dates.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide, including images, videos, music, copy, logos and brand assets, are owned by them or properly licensed for use.

7. Approvals and Revisions

Where content is submitted for approval, the client is responsible for reviewing it carefully before publishing.

Reasonable revisions may be included, depending on the agreed scope of work. Additional revisions, changes outside the original brief, or major changes after approval may incur additional fees.

Once content has been approved and published, Unsung Glory is not responsible for errors that were present in approved materials.

8. Content, Copyright and Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Unsung Glory retains ownership of concepts, strategies, templates, planning documents, draft work, processes and creative direction developed as part of the service.

Once final work has been paid for in full, the client receives permission to use the agreed final deliverables for their business marketing purposes.

Unsung Glory may display completed work, screenshots, campaign examples or general results in its portfolio, website, social media or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Unsung Glory may provide services involving platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Squarespace, Lovable or other third-party tools.

Unsung Glory is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, account issues, algorithm changes, platform errors, music licensing issues, advertising disapprovals, access issues or other matters controlled by third-party platforms.

10. Results and Performance

While Unsung Glory aims to create thoughtful, strategic and engaging content, we cannot guarantee specific results such as follower growth, sales, reach, engagement, enquiries or revenue.

Social media and marketing results may vary depending on many factors, including audience behaviour, platform changes, budget, brand positioning, offer strength and market conditions.

11. Website Information

The content on this website is provided for general information and promotional purposes only. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unsung Glory is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, reputational damage or loss caused by third-party platforms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
